I was so sad because they were so, so good. The funny thing about this book is that it directly addressed the recipe and gave the history of why it doesn’t turn out and described how I could fix it. I can’t fault Corriher for researching her recipes and combining techniques bkaewise the masters to create the “ultimate” recipe. With numerous “At-a-Glance” charts, BakeWise gives busy people information for quick problem solving. Chapter 1 is on cakes, muffins and quick breads.
