I learned alot in a few pages and have been thinking about its motivstor moral. The central concept could easily be laid out in just a few sentences, motivatlr I felt a little iffy about the value of the story format.

The book is short, oh wait, I said that already. Have you ever had trouble sticking to a diet? How does it accomplish this lofty goal?
